Job Description

  • Take ownership of interview scheduling, ensuring virtual and on-site meetings are organized with precision and updated promptly.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders to confirm details and logistics.
  • Arrange travel and create a welcoming experience for on-site interviews.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and assist with onboarding and training for scheduling tools.
  • Partner with recruiting teams across multiple regions - Europe, the US, South America, and APAC - to deliver a seamless global interview process.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance candidate experience and streamline processes.
  • Prepare interview setups and provide guidance to the talent acquisition team on candidate agendas.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality while resolving scheduling conflicts quickly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate proven expertise in managing highly complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones, leveraging advanced scheduling software to deliver a seamless and efficient process.
