Senior/Lead Front End Engineer

IF YOU ARE

A Senior Front-End Engineer with 5+ years of professional experience
Proficient in React for UI integrations, with a focus on frontend development
Skilled in Node.js
Accustomed to working within existing architectures and established patterns
Successful in writing clear technical documentation and communicating implementation strategies
Confident in English at an upper-intermediate level
Adept at delivering well-tested and maintainable code using unit testing, with TDD or BDD experience (would be a plus)
Familiar with Kafka, MongoDB, and GraphQL (nice to have)
Knowledgeable in TypeScript, Next.js, and Bootstrap (optional)

AND YOU WANT TO

Work with a clear backend focus, service logic, API development, and data flow
Contribute directly to a scoped system enhancement with delivery-focused expectations
Build, optimize, and maintain backend services and APIs in Node.js
Collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate requirements into implementation
Apply thoughtful development and testing practices to ensure code quality, performance, and reliability
Integrate your work into an established codebase with minimal friction
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to drive delivery forward
Provide technical clarity through documentation and communication
