Your mission
Responsibilities
As a junior HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting both operational and strategic HR processes. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that ensure smooth payroll operations, effective personnel administration, and meaningful employee engagement. Your mission includes:
- Payroll preparation, execution, and follow-up; manage absences and related reporting.
- Handle personnel administration (contracts, certificates, onboarding plans, etc.).
- Support recruitment and employer branding activities.
- Perform personnel controlling and support annual personnel cost planning.
- Maintain HR systems, organizational charts, and personnel files.
- Coordinate and document trainings, health management and team building initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and collective agreements.
- Prepare presentations, analyses, and support performance reviews.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate closely with HR BP Netherlands, HR Specialist Recruiting, and EVP HR.
To be successful in this role, you bring:
- Education and/or experience in Human Resources (internship or entry-level experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Familiarity with HR systems and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
