General Qualifications:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in information security technology, product management, and information security processes.
• Knowledgeable about the regulations regarding information systems set by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), preferably with experience in the banking and finance sector.
• Actively managed security solutions such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), Database Monitoring, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Firewall Rule Analysis, etc., and preferably holds certifications related to these products.
• Proficient in international security standards such as NIST, SANS, ISO, etc.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to produce results with a strong focus on reporting and documentation.
• Able to work as part of a dynamic and young team.
• Proactive in staying up to date with new technologies and eager to learn and develop.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Job Description:

• Identifying and managing security requirements for IT infrastructure architecture design.
• Determining, positioning, and operating information security technologies within the bank.
• Hands-on management of security technologies and products such as Data Loss Prevention, Privileged Account Management, Database Monitoring, etc.
• Preparing and maintaining technical procedure and process documents within the scope of information security laws, regulations, and standards.
• Evaluating information security requirements in projects and providing feedback.
• Measuring Metric/KPI values related to the information security processes under responsibility and developing improvement plans.
