Job Description

As a Python Developer at STX Next, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for building, improving, and maintaining web applications for our international clients. You’ll work closely with other developers, testers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Your main focus will be on backend development using Python and one of the leading web frameworks (FastAPI, Django or Flask). You’ll apply software engineering best practices, write clean and efficient code, and contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

We value collaboration and open communication - you’ll have the opportunity to share your ideas, suggest improvements, and help shape both the product and the development process.

Requirements

Must Have

• Experience in Python 2.x or 3.x, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as FastAPI, Django or Flask.
• Demonstrated use of best practices.
• Commercial experience with at least one of the following frameworks: Django, Flask or FastAPI.
• Experience in using code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Good communication skills in English (minimum B2).
• Fluent Polish language skills.
• Team spirit!
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with more than one web framework.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, Angular or React skills are also very welcome.
• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
• Strong unit test and debugging skills.
