We are seeking an experienced Sr. Backend Engineer to join our team and take responsibility for the development and maintenance of our applications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams working across various infrastructure layers. You will actively participate in troubleshooting, debugging, code review, and maintaining current production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust applications for web and mobile platforms
• Ensure optimal performance, high quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with team members to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in existing systems
• Maintain high standards for code quality, organization, and automation
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
• Support continuous improvement of development practices and processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing, releasing, and maintaining production-quality mobile and web applications
• Strong proficiency in backend languages such as C#, .NET Core
• Experience with Python or GoLang is advantageous but not required
• Extensive experience designing and implementing REST APIs
• Practical knowledge of Microservice Architecture
• Experience with caching solutions like Redis and search technologies like Elasticsearch
• Strong understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and DDD & TDD practices
• Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases, data storage, and processing techniques
• Proficiency with code versioning tools and collaborative development workflows
