About PixelByte

PixelByte is a fast-growing product studio building AI-powered mobile and web apps used globally. We’re growing our mobile app ecosystem, and design plays a central role in shaping how our users experience our products every day.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer who is comfortable working end-to-end: understanding user problems, defining flows, creating polished UI, experimenting with new ideas, and collaborating closely with engineering on-site in Ankara.

This role also requires a natural curiosity toward AI tools from generating visual ideas and assets to supporting content creation and accelerating workflow.

What You’ll Do

• Design for both mobile and web products: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces
• Collaborate daily with our on-site team to refine product ideas and shape new features
• Use AI tools actively for concept exploration, content generation, visual ideation, and workflow acceleration
• Support usability tests and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative insights
• Contribute to and maintain PixelByte’s design system across studios
• Ensure consistent visual and UX standards across all product surfaces
• Communicate your decisions clearly with both product and engineering teams

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in product design
• Strong command of Figma
• Portfolio showing high-quality work across both mobile and web
• Comfort working in a fast-paced product studio environment
• Curiosity toward AI-assisted design, from generating assets to improving creative workflows
• Clear communication and a structured, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to take ownership and work collaboratively on-site
• Ability to prototype quickly
• Experience with design systems

Nice to Have

• Understanding of micro-interactions or motion design
• Familiarity with analytics or data-informed design
