- Create, test, and deploy new and existing products and features based on ML/OCR.
- Design and build Python/ML/OCR-based components.
- Collaborate with product managers and technical teams.
- Support the full product lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ensure code security and application/API resilience.
Must have:
- Strong experience in Document AI/intelligent document processing using both traditional models and Generative AI (especially open-source models).
- Proven track record of delivering production solutions in Python, with a focus on machine learning, deep learning, NLP, generative AI, image processing, and OCR.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Spacy, OpenCV, Regex, or equivalents.
- Experience delivering secure code to production, with a focus on cybersecurity.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency with Azure core services (VM, Azure CLI, AKS, Azure DevOps).
- Experience working in teams releasing to production at a high cadence.
