HR Operations Associate

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid )

Duration: 9 Months

Pay Rate: 47.22zł - 70.83zł/hr

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Associate to join our People & Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in HR processes, systems, and delivering exceptional employee support. You will be responsible for resolving HR inquiries, guiding employees and managers in HR systems, and supporting the overall HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve HR inquiries through tickets regarding HR programs, policies, processes, and systems using internal resources such as FAQs, instructions, and process documentation.
• Guide employees, managers, and HR business partners in using HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) and processes to promote self-service adoption.
• Maintain a professional customer service approach and handle difficult conversations with employees as needed.
• Prioritize and manage cases to meet SLA targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated issues, including data quality and system integrations.
• Monitor case progress and provide status updates or temporary solutions until resolution.
• Maintain and update operational documentation for daily tasks and processes.
• Understand end-to-end HR processes and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely maintenance of employee data in compliance with GDPR and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1+ year of HR experience preferred; experience in HR Shared Services or a call center environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR processes and practices.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
