About the Job
The People & Culture Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing our people vision by working closely with business stakeholders, People Hiring, People Operations, and Learning & Development teams. The role will focus on creating initiatives that enhance the employee experience while supporting business strategies and driving culture change.
What you will be doing:
- Partner with line managers to design and deliver performance improvement initiatives and personal development plans that strengthen talent management and retention.
- Support senior leaders in identifying workforce development priorities using diagnostic tools to assess gaps and recommend effective, value-driven solutions.
- Promote a growth-mindset culture by collaborating with the Learning team to assess training needs, develop relevant learning programs, and monitor learning consumption.
- Provide expert guidance on complex people-related issues, including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, retention, talent development, compensation and rewards, employee relations, and employee engagement.
- Conduct daily meetings with employees in your area to achieve the monthly targets for the HRBP team. Identify gaps and issues from these meetings and discuss them with the Managers.
- Review existing policies, procedures, and HR programs, proposing improvements to increase efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
- Lead the ongoing design and implementation of onboarding and development programs that build technical, behavioral, and leadership capabilities.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to support reporting, action planning, and strategic decision-making, and recommend adjustments where needed.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to employees and leaders, using analytics, benchmarks, and best-practice insights to support informed decisions.

What we are looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in HR, including at least 4+ years as an HR Business Partner / People Partner.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resource Information System (Workday)
- Strong knowledge of local labor law
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Power BI is an advantage
- Solid understanding of compensation structures, payroll processes, and exit/termination procedures
