Why We Need You
We are seeking a dedicated People Experience Specialist to serve as a pivotal liaison between employees and management. This role encompasses supporting HR operations, spearheading employee engagement initiatives, facilitating recruitment and learning activities, and ensuring adherence to quality management and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries: Address questions regarding systems, benefits, policies, programs, and general concerns to ensure employees feel supported and informed.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes: Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees, maintaining seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain and update employee data: Ensure all employee information is accurately entered and updated in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), supporting timely and precise communication and payroll processes.
- Assist with HR policy implementation: Support the rollout and management of HR policies and procedures across the organization, ensuring compliance and understanding among staff.
- Involve HR process improvements: Identify areas for enhancement within HR processes and recommend solutions to boost employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training: Offer guidance on HR systems and tools, ensuring employees can effectively utilize resources to achieve their objectives.
- Monitor and manage employee queries: Utilize platforms to track inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various departments to understand employee needs and expectations, contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall people experience at Derimod.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment regulations to ensure organizational practices are compliant and employees are well-informed.
- Support employee engagement initiatives: Participate in developing and implementing programs that promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement at Derimod.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in HR considered a plus.
- Proven experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for interacting effectively with staff at all levels,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities,
- Proactive and solution-driven approach to identify root causes of issues and implement effective resolutions,
- Hands-on experience with multiple recruiting techniques, including Boolean searches, social networking, job boards, employee referrals, and candidate sourcing through job fairs and events,
- Experience with applicant tracking systems,
- Understanding of employment regulations to ensure organizational compliance and inform employees accurately,
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
