We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Agile Coach to join our HR Agile Studio in the HR Group – Learning & Development Division. The ideal candidate will contribute to our team to make our processes more agile and create a scalable Agile platform for sustainable "Agile Transformation" that adds business value for our team. The HR Agile Coach will play a pivotal role in raising awareness of "Agile Transformation", spreading the Agile mindset, advancing change and also designing and implementing development programmer.
Job Description:
- Leading the way in spreading the Agile culture within HR Group by following the change management principles in line with the strategy
- Creating and strengthening the agile thinking structure
- Supporting HR teams, Agile roles, leaders, and stakeholders to help bring Agile values to life,
- Monitoring and developing the maturity of teams to actively support them in understanding their place in their transformation journey and creating effective value by offering the right approach
- Monitoring and improving agile transformation metrics, identifying and solving organizational barriers
- Establishing and supporting cooperation mechanisms between agile teams for sustainable delivery speed
- Designing the workshops and providing facilitation support in order to facilitate the solution of the problems of the teams
- Educating the HR teams and its stakeholders about agile mentality and practices
- Guiding and coaching teams and agile structures to ensure the use of agile working methods
- Preparing and giving Agile training program, when necessary
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, especially in computer engineering, industrial engineering, mathematical engineering,
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master, / Kanban Facilitator, preferably in the financial sector,
- Preferably expertise on agile methodologies (PSM I-II, PSPO I-II, PAL, KMP I-II, CSM, CSPO, etc.),
- Having knowledge of agile at scale methodologies (Spotify, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.) and teaching experience with Agile methodology,
- Having a coaching certificate is a plus (preferably ICF),
- Handle and embrace resistance, and guide people through conflict in a healthy manner,
- Deep understanding of communication, group dynamics, and coaching at different levels,
- Experience coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices,
- Analytical abilities, a goal-oriented work approach, a high degree of awareness, and being a good team player,
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and event facilitation skills,
- Good command of written and spoken English.
