• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Hands-on experience in Mobile and Web Application projects
• Knowledge of payment and money transfer systems
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
• Experience working with development teams throughout the SDLC, including planning, requirements gathering, documentation, and QA testing
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI
• Experience with REST and SOAP API web services
• Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of UML and software documentation standards
• Ability to communicate efficiently across business units, development teams, and third-party stakeholders
• Proficiency in English to feel comfortable in working in a multinational environment

• Manage, develop, and document workflows and business rules
• Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
• Support the execution of functional and user acceptance testing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and product development lifecycle
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and fintech
