Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation projects from discovery and design to testing, training, and go-live.
- Serve as the primary client contact-building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (analysts, consultants, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders) to meet milestones on time.
- Define project plans and schedules, proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions to foster clear communication and engagement.
- Look for ways to continuously improve delivery, optimize processes, and maximize client value.
- Track progress and provide consistent updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Coach and support the project team, ensuring goals are met and results are of high quality.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be fluent in both English and French.
- Residency in Europe is required.
- Project management experience, ideally in SaaS or technology settings.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills for complex projects.
- Advanced communication skills, comfortable with executives and technical staff alike.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
