Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation projects from discovery and design to testing, training, and go-live.
  • Serve as the primary client contact-building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (analysts, consultants, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders) to meet milestones on time.
  • Define project plans and schedules, proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate workshops and design sessions to foster clear communication and engagement.
  • Look for ways to continuously improve delivery, optimize processes, and maximize client value.
  • Track progress and provide consistent updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coach and support the project team, ensuring goals are met and results are of high quality.


Requirements:

  • Candidates must be fluent in both English and French.
  • Residency in Europe is required.
  • Project management experience, ideally in SaaS or technology settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills for complex projects.
  • Advanced communication skills, comfortable with executives and technical staff alike.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
