We are seeking an experienced and skilled Core Network Engineer to join our team at Huawei. In this role, you will take on key responsibilities in delivering, maintaining, and optimizing NFV and mobile core network solutions, ensuring high reliability and performance across 2G/3G/4G/5G services. You will act as a technical expert in core network projects, addressing complex system issues, supporting network operations, and enhancing service quality through advanced troubleshooting and optimization methods. This position provides an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in core network technologies while contributing to global knowledge transfer and technical excellence in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the delivery of NFV/mobile core network (EPC/5GC) projects as a technical expert, technical lead, or delivery engineer, and resolve various technical issues in the projects.

2. Maintain and analyze faults for NFV, mobile core network, and fixed core network products, and support the routine maintenance, fault location, fault handling, and network optimization of NFV and mobile core networks to improve network performance.

3. Transfer technical knowledge of NFV and mobile core network products to global core network technical support engineers through training and on-site support.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in communications, computer science, or related fields.

2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the core network or IT industry, with a deep understanding of the core network or IT domain.

3. Strong ability to handle system issues.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong service-oriented mindset.

5. Good knowledge of IP technologies; candidates with CCNP or higher certification will be preferred.

6. Candidates with the following core network knowledge will be preferred:

(1) Networking knowledge: Proficiency in 2G/3G/4G/5G horizontal service non-standard networking solutions, IPv6 networking solutions, and common NFVI networking solutions.

(2) Service knowledge: Proficiency in 2G/3G/4G/5G service implementation solutions (such as chain backup, pool migration, precise paging, fast-moving user assurance, Smartphone signaling storm suppression, DECOR, charging fraud, SA signature database update, and emergency calls), familiarity with 5G QoS principles and configurations, and end-to-end service quality control and differentiated management methods based on QoS. Ability to complete content-based charging and PCC script development according to user service requirements.

(3) Network design knowledge: Proficiency in 2G/3G/4G/5G horizontal service networking solutions, IPv6 networking solutions, and other service solutions LLD/HLD.

(4) Integration and interconnection knowledge: Proficiency in the commissioning methods for 2G/3G/4G/5G horizontal service non-standard networking solutions, IPv6 networking solutions, and other service solutions, as well as IoT commissioning, cutover, verification, and automated monitoring methods.

(5) Routine operation and maintenance knowledge: Proficiency in basic KPI optimization methods for 2G/3G/4G/5G horizontal services, and familiarity with TCP packet analysis methods.
