What you'll do:


Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, data, and technical leadership roles.
  • Build strong and diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referral networks, and targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Drive proactive market mapping in India, Egypt, and other strategic tech hubs.


Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with engineering directors, product leads, CTO office, and business heads to understand hiring needs and future workforce plans.
  • Set clear expectations on timelines, pipelines, and challenges while influencing decisions with data.
  • Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking for different regions.


Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a seamless and senior-level candidate experience from first contact to offer.
  • Lead structured screenings focused on technical capability, problem-solving, culture fit, and role alignment.


Process Ownership

  • Maintain strong ATS hygiene and weekly reporting on pipeline health, bottlenecks, and time-to-hire.
  • Guide interview panels on competency-based assessments and best practices.
  • Optimize the recruitment process for speed, reliability, and alignment to business priorities.


Offer Management

  • Drive competitive compensation discussions in AED, INR, and EGP.
  • Run offer negotiations, reference checks, and hiring documentation in partnership with HR Ops.

  • Fast and high-quality hiring across tech roles, with strong probation feedback.
  • Reliable, diverse pipelines built proactively across UAE, Egypt, and India.
  • Trusted partnership with tech leadership, supported by clear data and communication.
  • Smooth, professional candidate experience with a high offer-acceptance rate.
  • Clean ATS hygiene, strong reporting, and consistent process ownership.


What you'll need:

  • 3–6 years of technical recruitment experience in e-commerce, product-led, or startup environments.
  • Strong exposure to hiring Software Engineers (Backend/Frontend/Fullstack), Mobile Engineers, DevOps/SRE, Data scientists, Product Managers, QA Engineers, and Engineering Leads.
  • Ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring simultaneously.
  • Exceptional sourcing ability and hands-on approach.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving environment.
