Sr. Manager - Investor Relations

Job Purpose

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are offering an exciting, challenging and collaborative work environment in the Investor Relations department for the Group. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to develop and implement strategic investor relations program, crafting the equity story, quarterly earnings materials and investor presentations as well as other corporate announcements, interfacing with sell-side and buy-side analysts, discuss valuation and estimates. Lead the development of e& Group’s integrated report and annual credit ratings review and manage an insider-trading program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage communications strategies to effectively engage with current and potential investors. This includes quarterly earnings releases, investors presentations, annual reports, capital markets day materials and other regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with management and group functions to prepare materials for quarterly earning calls, including script preparation, Q&A prep and accompanying financial reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with key institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
• Analyze financial reports, market data, and competitive performance to provide meaningful insights and responses to investor queries.
• Participate in investor roadshows, conferences, and meetings with analysts to present company performance, strategic plans and industry insights.
• Monitor stock performance, industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide insights to C-suite/ board about market positioning in investor sentiment.
• Ensure all communications and IR activities follow Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange regulations and the company's internal disclosure policies.
• Develop high quality content and investor materials for use on the IR website/ IR App and interactions with investment community.
• Work closely with finance, legal, M&A, operating companies to align investor messaging and corporate goals and objectives.
• Interface with the credit ratings agencies. This will entail preparing the rating book, responding to queries, understand the financial adjustments employed by the agencies to arrive at the credit ratios.
• Implement and manage an insider trading program including communicating the Insider Policy to all employees, coordinate with other stakeholders to provide the required information, assist the Company in the implementation of the financial compliance requirements and interface with e& Compliance and Internal Control departments on all Finance compliance.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or a related field.
• Finance, Economics or Accounting degree – Mandatory
• MBA, CFA – Preferred
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in investor relations and/ or research analysts in a large and reputable research firm, technology company or multinational organization.
