Job Description -
- Build full-stack MLOps pipelines covering experimentation, training, deployment, monitoring, governance.
- Design and maintain AI/ML infrastructure using Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native/open-source tooling.
- Automate CI/CD for ML models including testing, validation, and seamless production deployment.
- Implement monitoring, observability & AIOps to detect drift, failures, performance issues, and auto-remediate incidents.
- Set MLOps standards for versioning, model registry, experiment tracking, security, and controlled rollout strategies.
- Enable cross-team collaboration with Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers for smooth integration and delivery.
- Ensure data governance & compliance by managing lineage, quality, auditability, and secure handling of government datasets.
- Automate infrastructure with IaC (Terraform/ARM), troubleshoot production issues, adopt new tools, and document everything clearly.
