About The Role

Are you a strategic and technically experienced Martech professional? Do you enjoy designing solutions that bring together complex systems to deliver seamless, data-driven customer journeys? We’re looking for a Technical Martech Consultant to join our growing team in Norway!

In this role, you’ll work closely with leading Nordic brands to define Martech architectures, build integrations, and advise on the technology stack needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Whether it’s Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or next-gen CDPs – you'll be shaping how marketing technology works behind the scenes.

You'll be part of a highly skilled and collaborative Nordic Martech team where we value curiosity, ambition, and building great things together – with room for laughter along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the technical lead: Own the technical design and architecture of Martech solutions for our clients.
• Map the ecosystem: Design data flows and define how systems like CRM, CDP, CMS, and marketing platforms interact.
• Hands-on integration: Set up and guide API connections, data mappings, and platform integrations.
• Client advisor: Recommend and evaluate Martech solutions that support long-term business goals.
• Enable excellence: Ensure the Martech setup supports efficient data activation, personalization, and automation.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with campaign managers, analysts, developers, and strategists to deliver effective, scalable solutions.
  
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and working with Martech platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Bloomreach Engagement, or Google Marketing Platform.
• Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CDPs—and how they integrate to support customer engagement.
• Technical expertise in web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, APIs, and SQL.
• Comfortable working with data models, transformation logic, and system integrations.
• A growth mindset and desire to continuously deepen your understanding of Martech architecture, data ecosystems, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning use cases in marketing is a plus.
• A strategic mindset and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills - fluent in Norwegian and English.
