The Project Specialist / Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating internal projects across multiple departments within Moro Hub. The role will focus on initiatives related to cloud infrastructure, platform modernization, and technology optimization, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, timelines, and compliance standards.

This position does not have direct reportees but requires strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and a solid technical understanding of Infrastructure and Cloud technologies such as VMware, OpenStack, and Red Hat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead internal strategic projects across departments, focusing on Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Services, and Data Center modernization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Cloud Operations, Infrastructure, Security, Digital Solutions, and PMO) to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Monitor project risks and dependencies; propose and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project governance, including reporting, documentation, and executive updates.
• Ensure technical compliance with Moro Hub’s standards, cybersecurity requirements, and operational best practices.
• Work closely with vendors and internal SMEs for solution evaluation, implementation, and integration.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance within Cloud and Platform operations.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including business cases, status reports, and closure reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in managing technology or infrastructure-related projects.
• Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of VMware, OpenStack, Red Hat, or similar Cloud Infrastructure and Platform technologies.
• Proven track record in delivering complex, cross-departmental projects in a cloud or data center environment.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall), and cloud architecture principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
