  • Purpose of the role:

To lead the end-to-end organizational change enablement for a project within the context of a large-scale digital transformation program. The Project Change Lead will develop and execute change management activities for a project or portfolio of projects to ensure stakeholder engagement, communication, and training needs are met following the development of a comprehensive change impact assessment that requires thorough hands-on engagement with the related process and technical teams.


  • Main responsibilities:
  1. Change Management Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and a viable change plan to facilitate the successful adoption of the assigned project within the context of the broader program.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders to understand their requirements and concerns, and ensuring their active involvement and support throughout the project. This includes managing expectations, addressing resistance, and fostering a positive change culture.
  3. Impact Assessment: Lead a detailed impact assessment for assigned projects including comprehensive impacts to people, process, and technology. Actively engage in process design and technical discussions as needed to effectively capture all impacts.
  4. Communications: Design, develop and deliver an effective communication plan for assigned projects to ensure key message are effectively communicated; collaborate with communications/branding to ensure consistency across the program.
  5. Training: Design, develop and deliver an effective training plan for assigned projects to ensure key message are effectively communicated; collaborate with training vendors and internal SMEs to ensure training objectives are met
  6. Adoption: Lead project adoption including effective measurement tactics; lead change readiness including conducting assessments, surveys, etc


  • Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Organizational Psychology, or Humanities.


  • Experience:
  1. 7 plus years of organizational change management experience, preferably full lifecycle/end-to-end change management experience
  2. Experience leading the change effort for projects within complex environments and working with multiple stakeholder groups
  3. Ability to work effectively in a program environment and spearhead the change independently for a project.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to analyze complex situations, identify barriers to change, and develop effective solutions.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to assess data, measure change impact, and evaluate the success of change initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Change leadership skills to inspire and motivate others, promoting a positive and resilient attitude towards change.
  • Knowledge of organizational behavior, psychology, and change management theories.
  1. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
