As a Senior Fullstack React Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure best practices in code and architecture. As a Senior Fullstack React Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and modern backend technologies
- Design and implement robust APIs and integrate them with front-end components
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack
- Drive technical decisions and contribute to architectural improvements
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working with React and Redux
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team of 5 or more engineers
- 2+ years of experience with backend technologies such as C# or Ruby on Rails
- Experience with Docker, containers, services/microservices
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) to effectively communicate with US clients
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
