Senior Fullstack React Engineer (Remote - Latam)

As a Senior Fullstack React Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure best practices in code and architecture. This role offers the opportunity to drive technical decisions, optimize performance, and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will work in a fully remote, collaborative environment, supporting innovative projects and contributing to impactful software solutions for global clients. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to manage complex technical challenges are essential for success.

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and modern backend technologies
• Design and implement robust APIs and integrate them with front-end components
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to architectural improvements
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working with React and Redux
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team of 5 or more engineers
• 2+ years of experience with backend technologies such as C# or Ruby on Rails
• Experience with Docker, containers, services/microservices
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) to effectively communicate with US clients
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
