What does the LOB do:
Manage and provide support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) for bank's internal workforce. Responsibilities include ensuring secure access to systems and applications for employees, contractors, and internal stakeholders. This LOB focuses exclusively on internal IAM processes, distinct from client-facing identity services
Job Description:
As a member of the Enhancements, Compliance and Reporting team within Identity & Access Lifecycle Services, you will play a key supporting role in the ongoing improvement and optimization of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes. You will assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to the delivery of insightful reporting that supports risk management and business objectives.
How you’ll succeed:
- Identity and Access Governance - Knowledge of Identity and Access Management approaches and concepts, tools, techniques and roles and responsibilities in providing guidance to stakeholders within and outside own area.
- Relationship Building - Facilitate coordination with business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery and resolution of issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication and alignment on objectives.
- Strategic Thinking: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the team’s culture of accountability and continuous enhancement.
Must Have Requirement:
- 5+ Years / Strong IAM knowledge
- 3+ IT Compliance - Experience ensuring adherence to regulatory and
- 3+ organizational standards Years IT audit - Experience ensuring
- 3+ adherence to regulatory and organizational standard Development OR
- 3+ Technical experience in SailPoint Identity IQ Years Experience implementing and managing robust information security practices.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Workday
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Infrastructure Layer access Controls
- Tableau or PowerBI reporting experience
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement
