💰 Comp: Around 100-110K base
Because you won't be stuck behind a screen all day. You'll touch real environments, make real decisions, and directly influence how clients build and secure their networks. It is a blend of hands on engineering, design work, and customer facing problem solving. Tons of variety, tons of growth.
* Owning day to day network troubleshooting and stability
* Designing and improving client network environments
* Working across routing, switching, and firewalls
* Communicating solutions in a clear, confident way
* Helping modernize and upgrade legacy infrastructure
* Partnering closely with a small, sharp IT operations team
* Visiting GTA client sites when needed
* Strong Cisco background
* Experience with SonicWall, Meraki, or TP Link
* Solid understanding of routing, switching, and firewalls
* A people friendly approach, you can break down complex topics simply
* A proactive mindset, you suggest better ways forward not just fixes

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
