Requirements:
- At least 6 years experience as a senior software engineer (full stack preferably)
- Worked at least 3 years in agile environment and familiar with agile processes and practices.
- Has the ability to provide technical leadership for the squad and enforce the Definition of Done.
- Can act as a servant leader that encourages collaboration and open communication.

- Have good experience and understanding Real Time Data Services Domain, preferably in Banking payment domain.
- Expert in SPARK, SQL and Java
- Strong organization skills and a clear communicator
- Point of contact for client technical management
