Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably in the payments or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment gateways, payment operations, and processing ecosystems.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.



Job Description


  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the payments track, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Stay updated on payment industry trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs to shape the product strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with the development team.
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and business teams to deliver payment features on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between development efforts and the overall product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all payment features meet global and regional regulatory standards.
  • Stay informed about PSD2, PCI DSS, AML, and other relevant compliance frameworks
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of both established and emerging payment methods, supported by market analysis and industry insights.
  • Technical Understanding: In-depth familiarity with digital payment systems and the infrastructure required to support seamless client integration. integration processes operate, with a solid understanding of APIs and services a plus
  • Track key performance metrics and use data insights to drive continuous improvement.
