Akkodis is seeking an iOS Application Developer for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. You will lead the design and development of advanced iOS applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

IOS Application Developer Job Responsibilities Include

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced iOS applications for iPhone and iPad platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through rigorous testing and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely fixes and improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest iOS frameworks, tools, and best practices to implement cutting-edge solutions.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance app functionality.
  • Manage app releases and updates on the Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in iOS application development.
  • Proven expertise in Swift and Objective-C with a strong portfolio of published iOS apps.
  • Deep understanding of Apple’s design principles, UI/UX guidelines, and App Store submission process.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $68.00 per hour
