About Role

Contribute to Design, development of Technology solutions and framework components for Qatar Airways Technology department. Proficiency in GenAI application development. Activities involve designing new features, development/ customization / enhancement of components, maintaining code base, root cause analysis and bug fixing. Also plays a key role in design of critical components, problem solving, estimation of development effort, and preparing project plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop framework solutions.
• Prepare technical architecture and detailed technical design artefacts.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python and Generative AI technologies.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in building RAG applications using AI frameworks like Spring AI and Lang chain.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Build integrations with upstream and downstream systems using API’s.
• Troubleshooting and identifying the root cause and fixing.
• Managing CI/CD pipeline for efficient code releases.
• Designing and developing new reports as per the requirements.
• Contribute and adhere to best practices.
• Contribute towards preparation of project plans and estimates

Qualifications

Knowledge Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in developing Digital Solutions.
• Proven experience in technical frameworks like Spring Boot, Lang chain.
• Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows and CI/CD frameworks.
• Experience in preparing technical artefacts.
• Must have good analytical skills combined with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be a team player
