Value Realization Lead – Data Scientist

Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of value-realization frameworks across the organization. Drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven insights, SAP value mapping, KPI frameworks, and strategic performance tracking. Ensure that transformation initiatives deliver quantifiable value in cost, revenue, efficiency, and strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities

Value Framework & Business Modelling

• Build and maintain standardized value-realization models across industries and business units.
• Map each business into industry-specific value drivers, benchmarks, and KPI structures.
• Translate corporate strategic goals into actionable KPIs, targets, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop end-to-end Value Trees that link operational KPIs to financial impact.

SAP Value & System Integration

• Identify SAP modules, processes, and data points influencing business value creation.
• Use SAP operational statistics (T-Codes, subprocess cycles, workflow analytics) to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
• Track and scorecard key SAP-related transactions that impact process efficiency, cost, or revenue.

Value Measurement & Reporting

• Conduct value realization assessments covering cost savings, revenue uplift, productivity, and cycle-time reduction.
• Establish a governance mechanism to continuously monitor, validate, and report value.
• Build dashboards and scorecards to visualize value metrics and performance outcomes.
• Partner with business leadership to validate benefits, track adoption, and mitigate value leakage.

Data Analytics & Insights

• Perform advanced data analysis to quantify business value opportunities.
• Build predictive or statistical models where required to support value estimates.
• Extract insights from cross-functional datasets to support decision-making, prioritization, and investment cases.

Stakeholder Management

• Work directly with business leaders, project managers, SAP teams, and finance to align value targets and tracking.
• Deliver customer-facing presentations, value reports, and executive summaries.

Job Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Analytics Cloud) and integration across modules.
• Ability to interpret SAP process metrics, T-Code execution patterns, and process cycle analytics.
• Solid knowledge of value frameworks, business modelling, OKRs, KPIs, and performance scorecards.
• Strong data analytics skills (SQL, Python, or equivalent analytical tools preferred).
• Ability to quantify value across cost, revenue, efficiency, and quality metrics.
• Experience with enterprise architecture or business process architecture is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years total experience, including 5 years in a supervisory / lead role.
• Experience in Value Realization, Data Analytics, SAP functional roles, Enterprise Architecture, or Business Transformation.
• 2 years of GCC experience is preferred.
