Delivery Manager - Oman

Salary up to 4,800 + family benefits.

I am currently partnered with a leading IT Services company who is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and execution of our Delivery function. You will oversee Sales, Presales, and Operations while ensuring the smooth, efficient delivery of customer technical services across our key technology domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the presales and project delivery function for the infrastructure solutions division.
• Develop and execute the LoB strategy, including customers’ Digital Transformation roadmaps.
• Provide accurate forecasting, deal governance, pipeline visibility, and sales performance metrics.
• Oversee daily business operations from sales and presales to implementation and support.
• Build and maintain career development plans for presales and technical teams.
• Manage the full project lifecycle: opportunity identification, qualification, planning, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Implement and monitor process metrics to continuously improve sales productivity.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key strategic technology partners.
• Ensure proper use of company tools, systems, and processes, with accurate information flow.
• Drive business performance related to revenue, profitability, and YoY growth.
• Manage departmental sales compensation plans.
• Promote strong internal collaboration and support cross-functional teamwork.
• Support skills development and upskilling initiatives across the department.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in a relevant technical, delivery, or operations leadership role.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations within IT system integration or technology services.
• Proven track record delivering and selling large-scale, complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
