PMO Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Specialist to join our Client. As a key member of the Project Management Office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across our Clients organisation.

Job Overview

The PMO Specialist will be responsible for supporting project managers on Digital Transformation initiatives, maintaining project documentation, and implementing best practices to enhance our project management processes. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PMO policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and issues
• Prepare detailed project reports and status updates for stakeholders
• Support project managers in planning, resource allocation, and scheduling
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices within the PMO
• Assist in the analysis and improvement of project management methods and tools
• Coordinate project meetings and capture key actions and decisions

Qualifications and Skills

• Arabic speaking is essential for this role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly desired
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or PMO roles
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile)
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
