- Own the product roadmap for your area, aligning short- and long-term goals with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, analytics, and engineering to improve key metrics and deliver high-quality results.
- Formulate, test, and analyze hypotheses to optimize engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Identify new opportunities through R&D initiatives, analyzing user insights and market trends.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to validate your ideas and scale successful solutions.

- 2+ years of experience in product management or related roles with a proven track record in R&D initiatives, testing new positioning, or exploring new audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with product metrics (DAU, WAU, MAU, retention, churn, LTV, ARPU) and improving them through hypotheses.
- Familiarity with mobile development processes and task management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Knowledge of monetization models (advertising, subscription, transactional) and practical experience driving results.
- Initiative-driven, flexible, and able to structure chaos while making data-informed decisions.
- Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and inspire cross-functional collaboration.
