We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Web Designer who’s excited about visual storytelling and delivering high-impact designs. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, can balance creativity with precision.
You should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ready to take ownership of projects from concept to delivery. The role is based in Ukraine.

Team Composition
Team of 6 including the Art Director, Design Team Lead, 1 Senior Designer, 2 Designers, and 1 Web Designer.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop landing pages and web interfaces aligned with modern UX/UI principles;
- Preparing designs for responsive versions (desktop / tablet / mobile);
- Develop creative and effective web banners for marketing campaigns (SMM, PPC, email, etc.);
- Adapt and scale design concepts across different sizes and formats;
- Working with the design system in Figma, ensuring consistency in styles, components, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers and the marketing team to deliver cohesive, on-brand design solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in web design;
- Strong proficiency in Figma and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite;
- Experience working with design systems and responsive design;
- Ability to create engaging visuals and concepts aligned with marketing objectives;
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, composition, typography, and color;
- Experience working with Jira;
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable;
- Fluent in Ukrainian; English an Intermediate (B1+) or higher.
- Experience with AI-based design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.);
