The next great challenge is coming:
We are looking for a Strong Junior Dev QA Engineer for a project that involves supporting the quality assurance process through testing and analysing game functionalities. You might be our ideal candidate if you have a foundational understanding of game development, software testing methodologies, and familiarity with various gaming platforms.
Superpowers you have:
- At least 6 months of commercial experience in a game development company;
- Knowledge and understanding of the development process, software life cycle and testing methodologies;
- Understanding how Agile processes work;
- Understanding of various game mechanics and design principles;
- Familiarity with writing test documentation and requirements review;
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA);
- Knowledge of consoles, and PC gaming systems, including basic UI/UX considerations;
- Familiarity with Unity and Unreal Engine;
- Basic knowledge of Git or similar VCS;
- Understanding of platform-specific tools including PlayStation or Xbox SDK, and Steamworks SDK;
- Ability to work well under supervision and take direction from more experienced QA or development team members;
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies;
- Openness to receiving feedback and focus on developing skills and techniques for better testing;
- English — upper-intermediate.
You’re a rockstar if you have:
- Experience with TRC/XR
- Experience with Grand strategy role-playing game

- Review and analyse software requirements;
- Identify, document, and report software defects using tracking tools;
- Assist in creating test cases and maintaining testing documentation;
- Collaborate closely with developers and producers to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality outcomes;
- Working with game editors (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) to assist in basic testing scenarios;
- Use Mobile, Console and PC-specific tools to evaluate game performance;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager if needed.
