We are looking for a Communication Manager to join our team

Job Description:

• Prepare and regularly send communications across the existing user base (Email, SMS, Push);
• Build and adapt email templates in HTML;
• Monitor domain and IP reputation metrics to ensure healthy deliverability;
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (OR, CR, CTOR);
• Analyze campaign results in Tableau and identify opportunities for process improvement;
• Implement A/B tests, interpret results, and continuously optimize communication quality;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design) to enhance message quality and consistency.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of how HTML emails are created, structured, and edited;
• Knowledge of key email-marketing metrics (OR, CR, CTOR) and the ability to analyze and interpret them;
• Ability to evaluate campaign performance and prepare clear, data-driven reports;
• Basic understanding of email deliverability principles (spam triggers, sender reputation, list hygiene).
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience working with email-sending platforms (ESP tools);
• Basic understanding of domain and IP reputation management.
