Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React + SQL + AWS)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Node.js, React.js, SQL databases, and AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate should be able to design, develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-native full-stack applications with minimal supervision. Strong debugging, architectural understanding, and end-to-end ownership are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development – Node.js

• Build and maintain scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js and Express.
• Implement authentication, authorization, caching, performance tuning, and middleware logic.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and high-performance backend code.

Frontend Development – React.js

• Develop responsive and dynamic UI using React.js, hooks, and modern frontend patterns.
• Integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experience.
• Handle state management using Redux or similar tools.
• Ensure performance optimization for web applications.

Database – SQL

• Work extensively with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Write complex queries, optimize database performance, and handle relational schema design.
• Ensure data integrity, normalization, and troubleshooting.

AWS Cloud

• Hands-on experience deploying applications using AWS services such as:
• EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch
• Manage cloud infrastructure, monitoring, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and perform secure deployments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of full-stack development experience.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Node.js and backend architecture.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Solid experience with SQL databases and query optimization.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS Cloud for deployments and application hosting.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and API integrations.
• Good understanding of microservices, JWT/OAuth authentication, security best practices.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively.

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Exposure to serverless architecture using AWS Lambda.
• Background in Agile/Scrum methodology.
