What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. As a Product Designer you will lead the design charter for our Darkstore, Fulfillment, and Supply Chain products. This role goes beyond UI work — you’ll dive deep into on-ground operational workflows, build strong domain expertise, and translate complex inventory and fulfillment processes into intuitive, scalable digital experiences used daily by our operations teams
- Build deep domain expertise in darkstore operations to identify and solve critical user pain points in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Translate complex on-ground operational workflows into scalable, intuitive digital experiences.
- Champion the needs of operations users by delivering designs that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and ease of use
- Create and maintain design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for internal supply chain applications.
- Lead the design charter for darkstore products, setting the vision, standards, and direction for user experience across the domain.
What you'll need:
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its full feature set and collaborative workflows.
- Strong foundation in user-centered design principles, along with hands-on experience applying research and iterative design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead discussions, align cross-functional teams, and drive design decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality, intuitive user experiences in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics is a strong plus.
