Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sr. HR Executive (Generalist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR operations, reporting, and Excel. Candidates from the hospitality industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
- Maintain and update HRIS and employee records accurately.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company HR policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive data.
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management or related field.
- Atleast 3 - 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment platforms.
