Fullstack Developer - Remote - UK Based

6 month contract (can be full time or part time)

Motive Group has partnered with a growing startup in the energy / sustainability space. Still early stage but with household names as clients the business is based on insights and energy saving.

The Role:

The contract is to accelerate a range of projects including the white labelling of the existing solution for other clients as such strong UI and frontend skills will be required.

Tech:

Javascript Front to Back. Front end is Vue.js / Blazor, but coding ability is more important than specific framework experience. Back end is Nest.js / .Net. If you have strong vanilla javascript and/or c# and like to work in a small, highly efficient team this could be a great fit.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience writing clean javascript or c# code
• Extensive experience of one of (and ideally some knowledge of the other)
• Front end JS libraries (Vue / React / Nuxt) and backend JS frameworks like NestJS or Express
• One or more .Net technologies (c#, f#, blazor)
• You'll have experience integrating with external REST APIs
• Completely comfortable with git and trunk based development
• Advocate of appropriate testing approaches (manual, unit, integration, system)
• Experience of SOLID principles
• Great communication skills

Location and Hours

• Remote - with some opportunity to meet up monthly
• Must be UK based
• Must have the right to work
