Graduate Analyst Trainee

You’ll join a collaborative Transformation Team supporting NHS Trusts to get the very best from their technology and data. It’s a perfect opportunity for someone curious, analytical, and keen to see their work make a measurable difference every day.


The Analyst will play a vital role in supporting digital transformation projects across hospitals, working closely with Transformation Managers and healthcare professionals to deliver meaningful results.


Role Highlights

– Support delivery of transformation projects that introduce new systems into NHS Trusts

– Analyse performance data to produce insights showing measurable impact and value

– Help design and deliver user training so hospital teams can make the most of the platform

– Contribute to internal improvement projects to refine team processes and tools

– Build trusted relationships with clinicians and operational teams to understand their needs


You Will Need

– Genuine passion for healthcare and the positive impact of technology

– Strong communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels

– A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn quickly

– Evidence of delivering results in work, study or voluntary projects

– Experience within healthcare, tech or project environments is helpful but not essential
