We are seeking a motivated Technology Intern to join our global tech team. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical support, systems operations, and DevOps practices in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
You will start by providing technical and administrative support for internal and external systems, and progressively be trained in DevOps methodologies, cloud tools, and automation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues related to Draiver’s web and mobile applications, including performance, functionality, and usability.
- Reproduce and diagnose customer-reported issues in a development or testing environment.
- Provide technical support to users via email, chat, using Hubspot ticketing system.
- Support internal employee basic IT needs such as password resets or application access.
- Use tools such as Chrome Developer Tools (Inspect) to identify the root cause of technical problems.
- Collaborate with the development and DevOps teams to help implement solutions and validate fixes.
- Document and track issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Analyze support tickets to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and update internal documentation to enhance troubleshooting efficiency.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with browser developer tools, especially Chrome Inspect.
Understanding of web-based applications and how they interact with users and databases.
Exposure to Java, ReactJS, Relational databases, or HTTP troubleshooting is a plus.
Interest in learning about Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
English proficiency and strong written communication skills.
