Senior Product Manager – HealthTech
Hybrid – 2 days Oxford, 1 day London, 2 from home!
A world-class AI research organisation is quietly building a tech team that will tackle some of humanity’s biggest challenges - and they need a healthcare product expert to help shape that future.
This is not your standard PM role. They’re looking for someone who can combine deep clinical understanding, multi-geography healthcare experience, and hands-on experience building AI products used by clinicians or healthcare systems. You’ll be joining at the ground floor of a team that’s scaling fast and making real-world impact.
What you’ll do:
- Define product strategy for AI/ML tools designed for clinical and health research applications
- Collaborate directly with top-tier technical teams (Data Science, ML Ops) and healthcare programme leads
- Translate complex healthcare system problems into actionable product roadmaps and technical requirements
- Champion the voice of clinical users - doctors, researchers, hospitals, and healthcare systems - ensuring every decision aligns with real-world impact
- Influence stakeholders at every level, from engineers to execs
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience in healthcare product management, ideally with clinician-facing AI products
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems and processes, ideally across multiple geographies
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-impact, ambiguous environments
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the credibility to earn trust from clinicians, scientists, and engineers alike
- Experience bridging research and real-world healthcare applications
Bonus points if you:
- Have worked in or with a research lab, NHS, public sector innovation programme, or international healthcare system
- Can explain complex AI concepts to clinical or non-technical audiences clearly
- Are excited about building products that could reshape healthcare delivery and research
Travel to Oxford is fully paid for, comp is made up of base salary & bonus.
