Product Designer - high growth VC backed fintech scale up

Hybrid - central London - 3 days onsite

I’m working with an early stage, venture funded fintech building an AI powered revenue platform for modern SaaS companies.

They are simplifying how finance, product, and sales teams work together by replacing complex billing stacks, spreadsheets, and manual workflows with a unified system that handles pricing, quoting, usage, billing, revenue recognition, and reporting in one place.

This is a rare opportunity to join a product led, design driven team at a formative stage. As a core design hire, you'll shape not only how the product is experienced, but how design operates across the company.

The Role

As a Product Designer, you will work closely with founders, product, and engineering to lead end to end design across key workflows. You will take ownership of user experience from initial research through to polished interface and implementation.

You’ll be solving complex and technical problems that require turning complexity into clarity, building scalable systems, and advocating for design excellence within a highly technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design from discovery to delivery, including research, UX flows, high fidelity UI, and design documentation
• Create and evolve the design system, component library, and visual language
• Design clear, intuitive experiences across billing, pricing, and revenue workflows
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure high quality implementation
• Embed user centric design thinking across the business

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or workflow heavy products
• Proven experience designing complex, data driven user journeys and products
• Expert in Figma, prototyping, and system design principles
• Strong portfolio showing end to end product thinking and impactful design decisions
• Able to work autonomously in fast paced, early stage environments
