HR Coordinator – Permanent, London, c£45,000 + excellent benefits.


Our client is a leading, forward-thinking global organisation with a clear mission to drive positive environmental impact. As part of a period of positive evolution within the People function, they are now seeking an HR Coordinator to join them in a newly created role.


Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, this role presents an exciting opportunity to play a foundational part in strengthening HR operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of the employee lifecycle. Working as part of a small and collaborative People team, you will support key HR processes and contribute to the development of efficient, consistent and people-centred practices across the organisation.


This role will be integral in enhancing operational HR capabilities, driving accurate and timely administration, and supporting improvements across core touchpoints including contract preparation, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR data management and employee documentation. You will work closely with colleagues and managers to deliver a high-quality HR service that underpins the organisation’s broader purpose and objectives.


You are an organised, proactive and detail-driven individual who is eager to further develop your HR career. Ideally suited to someone seeking a developmental role post qualification, you will bring some prior HR experience, strong administrative capability and a genuine interest in HR operations. With your confident communication skills and collaborative mindset, you will build trusted relationships, provide thoughtful support, and contribute to a consistent and positive employee experience.


A strong emerging HR generalist, you will have experience handling HR administration, supporting policy implementation and managing sensitive information with discretion. You will be comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment, learning quickly and taking ownership of your work. A degree and a commitment to ongoing learning will help you thrive in this role.
