The Project Manager will ensure quality standards through regular reviews and testing, monitor expenses to prevent budget overruns, and manage scope changes with proper documentation and communication. Additionally, the role includes tracking progress, reporting to stakeholders, using KPIs for decision-making, and ensuring a smooth transition to operations with post-project evaluations.
