About the role

We are seeking a talented, creative, resourceful, and open-minded professional to join our expanding East London team as a Sr. Project Manager, offering a strong career opportunity within a fast-growing company. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with proven client-management experience in the design retail sector, outstanding organizational abilities, and the capacity to oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a high-paced environment—from large-scale global productions to bespoke, one-off installations. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, supported by a solid background in technical design and production, with essential proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD, Rhino, MS Office, and the Adobe Suite.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Account Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.

• Prepare and maintain project schedules and progress reports.

• Facilitate communication between project team members, suppliers, and clients.

• Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making.

• Ensure project files are up-to-date and accurate.

• Knowledge of fabrication in general, and material understanding.

• Provide technical support using Solidworks and Rhino software.

• Create and edit documents and presentations using MS Office and Adobe Suite.

• Attend project meetings and take meeting minutes.

• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

• Procure necessary materials and supplies for projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Manage production schedules and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.

• Conduct site visits and surveys as required.


Qualifications:

• Languages: English and Spanish (mandatory).

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, industrial design, product design, architecture).

• Technical design and production background and proficiency using CAD, Solidworks and Rhino software (Must).

• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Suite.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Experience:

· 6+ years of experience in project coordination or management or in a relevant position.
