We are a specialist digital consultancy partnering with the Australian defence sector to design and deliver high quality software solutions that support operational decision making. Our team works across complex programs that combine engineering, data and modern application development. We are now looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our growing defence technology group where you will gain exposure to secure environments, mission critical systems and long term national capability programs. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As Full Stack Developer you will contribute to the delivery of software systems that enable data visualisation and decision support across multiple defence projects. Your first assignment will be a greenfield full stack build that combines data visualisation with user input workflows integrating with existing databases to surface and interact with operational data. This project is a standalone introduction to defence development practices infrastructure and delivery rhythms. As you progress you will work across a mix of greenfield and brownfield systems contributing to enhancement integration or replacement of existing capabilities. You will work under the guidance of a senior technical lead who will provide architectural support and mentorship ensuring alignment and continuity across all workstreams.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?

You will have strong experience as a full stack engineer working with modern JavaScript frameworks and a solid understanding of backend development. You will be comfortable building end to end systems that combine data visualisation workflows and API integrations. You will have strong problem solving skills an interest in secure environments and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Any experience within government or regulated sectors is highly regarded but not essential. Australian citizenship is required due to security clearance pathways.
