Responsibilities
- Conduct technical interviews for engineering opportunities, representing the team’s expertise to prospective employers.
- Prepare thoroughly for interviews based on provided candidate profiles and job requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver high-quality software solutions using C# (.NET stack) and JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular, or similar frameworks).
- Take ownership of assigned projects following successful job placements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and at scale.
- Mentor and guide on coding best practices and modern architectural patterns.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in C# and the .NET stack.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, including frameworks such as Node.js, React, or Angular.
- Solid understanding of system design, architecture, and scalable application development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently represent technical expertise in interviews.
- Experience managing full project life cycles, from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
