Freelance Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews for engineering opportunities, representing the team’s expertise to prospective employers.
• Prepare thoroughly for interviews based on provided candidate profiles and job requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver high-quality software solutions using C# (.NET stack) and JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular, or similar frameworks).
• Take ownership of assigned projects following successful job placements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and at scale.
• Mentor and guide on coding best practices and modern architectural patterns.
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in C# and the .NET stack.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, including frameworks such as Node.js, React, or Angular.
• Solid understanding of system design, architecture, and scalable application development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently represent technical expertise in interviews.
• Experience managing full project life cycles, from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
