Role Introduction

We're seeking a hands-on Product Designer who's looking for an end to end role where they can have measurable impact with a fun, fast moving team who are sharp and building a product for more than 100k users in the Crypto - iGaming space.

This is a great role for a high-aptitude product designer who has a bias to action and wants to see their work have meaningful impact on the product theyre designing

About the Company

This role is for one of the fastest growing global iGaming startups working in Web3/Crypto with rapid user growth (>100k users) and ever expanding their product suite.

It's a sharp but fun and dynamic culture, a flat-structured organisation where every team member has genuine influence and outsized impact.

The team is global but some Melbourne-based, working on cutting-edge designing products for a web3 digital future.

The company, only 2.5 years in, has nailed their market fit with a global product and is highly profitable allowing them to expand into other areas. This is a rare opportunity for growth and impact.

About the Role

This is an end-to-end product design role where you'll work closely with another lead level designer and collaborate directly with customer-facing stakeholders including the founders and other leaders. You'll be creating practical UX solutions that directly drive product development in a hands-on, high-impact environment.

This is a senior PD role, however we're also open to see Mid levels looking to step up.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing complete user experiences from initial concept through to implementation
• Strong UI design skills with expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, able to create pixel-perfect interfaces and comprehensive design systems
• Collaborating directly with leadership and the customer facing people to understand user behaviour and their user needs
• Contributing to product strategy through hands-on design work and objective UX research

Skills and Experience

Essential:

• 3+ years of product design experience in fast-paced or startup environments building consumer facing web applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and user-centred product design thinking
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma)
• Expeirence in Software Enterprise, or Software start-up environment

Desirable:

• Experience in iGaming or Crypto product design
