Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BNPL products that meet customer and partner needs.
- Conduct market research to identify customer financing needs and BNPL trends in Cambodia.
- Analyze competitors, partner offerings, and digital payment ecosystems to identify product opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams to build and launch BNPL solutions.
- Coordinate with WingMall and merchant partners to integrate BNPL into their sales platform.
- Support partner onboarding, training, and co-marketing initiatives to increase adoption.
- Work closely with WingMall, merchants, and internal business teams to integrate BNPL into sales channels.
- Monitor BNPL portfolio performance, repayment behavior, and credit utilization.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage BNPL product initiatives and feature releases.
- Prepare performance reports and product insights for management review.
- 3–5 years in product management, digital lending, or fintech.
- Proven track record of launching or managing BNPL/credit products.
- Experience working with partners, e-commerce platforms, or digital ecosystems.
- Knowledge in BNPL and digital lending models, financial product design.
- Knowledge in Product lifecycle management, digital UX/UI concepts.
- Knowledge in Credit process, risk management, and portfolio performance monitoring.
- Data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboarding.
- Customers Journey Mapping on Loan Products.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, agile product environments.
